Economy Shipping (5-8 Business Days)
- Free for orders $50.00 and up
- Free for orders weighing 0lb-5lb
- Free for orders weighing 5lb-70lb

Standard Shipping (3-4 Business Days)
- $6.90 for orders weighing 0lb-1lb
- $9.90 for orders weighing 1lb-5lb
Shipping costs will be calculated based on your order’s weight and total amount at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Delivery Time After your order has been processed, please allow 5-8 business days for economy shipping and 3-4 business days for standard shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Brooke@brookezitting.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
